Those on Town Planning and Spatial Planning (Deviations) (Modifiers) Regulations of
2005, which were issued by the Council of Ministers based on the article 26 of about
City Planning and Spatial Planning Law (His laws 1972 up to 2002), after they were deposited in
House of Representatives and were approved by it, are published in the Official Gazette1-
part of the Republic, based on the verse (3) of the article 3 of Deposit at
House of Representatives of the Regulations Issued by Authorization of Law,
Law (N. 99 of 1989 as AMENDED by N. 227 of 1990).
THE URBAN PLANNING AND ZONING LAW
Regulations under the article 26
The Council of Ministers, asc(Having the powers conferred on him by
the article 26 of the Town Planning and Spatial Planning Law, issues the following
Regulations.
1. The present Regulations will be referred to as those on Town Planning and
Spatial planning (Deviations) (Modifiers) Regulations of 2005 and will be read
together with those on Town Planning and Spatial Planning (Deviations) Regulations
of 1999 (hereinafter referred to as “the basic regulations
») and the principal regulations and the present Regulations shall be referred to
together as those on Town Planning and Spatial Planning (Deviations) Regulations of
1999 and 2005.

(2) The amount provided for in the paragraph (1) is filed
in a special account until the examination process is completed
