Ordinance under Art 22
The Minister of the Interior, exercising the powers conferred on him under the provisions of the article 22 of
on Town Planning and Spatial Planning Law, issues the following Decree:
1. This Ordinance will be referred to as the Urban Planning and Spatial Planning Ordinance (Government Industrial Areas)
Special (Abolitionist) Development Ordinance of 2023.
2. With this Decree, on Town Planning and Spatial Planning (Government Industrial Areas) Special
Development Ordinance of 2009 and on Town Planning and Spatial Planning (Government Industrial Areas)
(Amendment) Special Development Ordinance of 2014, are abolished.
3. Of course that, all applications submitted before the publication of this Repeal Decree, at
Ministry of Energy, Industry and Tourism, and are pending with the Town Planning Authorities for opinions, they will happen
examination in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Special Decrees (securing Town Planning approval
Authority in a question submitted by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism).
