Διάταγμα σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 22
The Minister of the Interior, exercising the powers conferred on him under the provisions of the article 22 of
on Town Planning and Spatial Planning Law, issues the following Decree:
1. This Ordinance will be referred to as the Urban Planning and Spatial Planning Ordinance (Government Industrial Areas)
Special (Καταργητικό) Development Ordinance of 2023.
2. With this Decree, το περί Πολεοδομίας και Χωροταξίας (Government Industrial Areas) Special
Development Ordinance of 2009 και το περί Πολεοδομίας και Χωροταξίας (Government Industrial Areas)
(Amendment) Special Development Ordinance of 2014, καταργούνται.
3. Of course that, όσες αιτήσεις υποβλήθηκαν πριν τη δημοσίευση του παρόντος Καταργητικού Διατάγματος, at
Υπουργείο Ενέργειας, Industry and Tourism, και εκκρεμούν στις Πολεοδομικές Αρχές για απόψεις, θα τύχουν
εξέτασης σύμφωνα με τις πρόνοιες των προαναφερόμενων Ειδικών Διαταγμάτων (εξασφάλιση έγκρισης Πολεοδομικής
Αρχής σε ερώτημα που υποβάλλεται από το Υπουργείο Εμπορίου, Industry and Tourism).
