OFFICIAL INVITATION

The Board of Directors of the Pancyprian Organization of Freelance Architects and Civil Engineers (POEEM) invites you to the General & Statutory Assembly of the Organization scheduled for May 10, 2025 (Saturday) at 10:00 am at the Panos Solomonides Cultural Center in Limassol.

Members are invited to attend, for a discussion of current issues, the election of the New Board of Directors as well as the approval of the New Statutes. This will be preceded by an informative lecture by Officers of the Limassol NOA on the New Licensing Procedures and they will also answer questions on ALL ISSUES.

     NOTE:

1. THOSE WHO HAVE PAID SUBSCRIPTION FOR 2024 & 2025 (10 EUROS PER YEAR) HAVE THE RIGHT TO VOTE. THEY WILL BE ABLE TO PAY BEFORE THE GENERAL MEETING.

2. BASED ON THE STATUTE, A QUARTER IS FORMED WHEN 50% OF THE MEMBERS +1 ARE PRESENT.

IF THERE ARE NO PARTIES, IT IS POSTPONED FOR HALF AN HOUR AND THOSE PRESENT ARE THE PARTIES.

THE ORGANIZATION IN AN EFFORT TO OFFER ASSISTANCE TO NEW ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS OFFERS:

• €900 CONTRIBUTION TO EACH CANDIDATE DURING THE INTERNSHIP.
• INFORMATION FROM THE ORGANIZATION’S PRIVATE OFFICES IN NICOSIA & LIMASSOL.
