1. This Law will be referred to as the Law on Town Planning and Spatial Planning (Modifier)
His law 2025 and will be read together with the Town Planning and Spatial Planning Laws 1972
up to 2021 (hereinafter referred to as "the basic law") and the basic law and the
this Law will be referred to together as the Town Planning and Spatial Planning Laws 1972 up to
2025.

of the article 2
of the basic
law.
2. The verse (1) of the article 2 of the basic law is amended as follows:
(a) With the addition, in the appropriate alphabetical order, of the following new term and
of its definition:
112(I) of 2025.
""Urban Master Plan" means the detailed plan
which determines the layout and/or arrangement of
infrastructure and uses, including plots of land, public
of roads, sidewalks, parking spaces, open public
spaces, squares, public green spaces, spaces for
social equipment, other common and public benefits
spaces, specific area, located within the area
development and in which urban is prepared and/or implemented
redevelopment pursuant to the provisions of Urban Zones
Development (Urban Revival) and Related Law Matters;".
(b) by adding to the definition the term "development plan", immediately after the words
"Area Plan" (forefront), of commas and words
"Urban Development Plan".

3. The title of Part Four of the principal law is amended by the addition, immediately
after the words "AREA PLAN" (forefront), of commas and words
"URBAN PLANNING PLAN".

4. The basic law is amended by the addition, immediately after the article 13, of
following new article:
"Urban planning

13A. The Minister may draw up detailed
suggestions, preparing an Urban Planning Plan, for

5. The article 14 of the basic law is amended by the addition, immediately after the verse
(3), of the following new paragraph:
«(4) Development area in relation to which a Town Planning Master Plan has been drawn up
A plan for the purposes of urban redevelopment is exempt from Local Plan review or
Area Plan, until the completion of the urban redevelopment implementation process.".
